The primary target users of Omniside are adults; if you are under 18, please read this agreement carefully under the supervision of a legal guardian, fully understand its contents, and obtain guardian consent before use.

1.2 Content Guidelines

When utilizing Omniside's AI chat features, ensure that your input does not infringe upon others' rights, does not contain harmful, pornographic, or politically sensitive content, and remains lawful and compliant. Deliberate input of such content, or encouraging AI to generate and disseminate malicious material, may result in permanent account suspension and legal liability.

1.3 AI Output Disclaimer

Omniside's AI chat operates based on third-party generative AI models; outputs are for reference only. They should not be regarded as professional advice, commercial tools, or trusted information sources. For scenarios that may significantly impact you or others (e.g., related to healthcare, finance, investment, insurance), consult qualified professionals. Omniside's outputs do not serve as a basis for your conduct decisions. Any judgments or actions based on these outputs are your sole responsibility, including the risks associated with the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose. Use generative AI technology rationally and lawfully.

1.4 Liability Limitations

All content generated by Omniside is produced by AI models and may lack full rationality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of such content and assume no legal responsibility. We are not liable for damages caused directly or indirectly by using the output. The decisions you make or actions you take based on the outputs are at your own risk. Omniside endeavors to provide accurate, high-quality, and stable technical services; however, AI-generated content does not reflect Omniside's attitudes, views, or positions. Medical, legal, or similar information provided is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.

1.5 Service Updates

To enhance user experience and security, Omniside may undergo periodic updates or changes, including product/service modifications, upgrades, replacements, feature enhancements, or new services, with appropriate notifications when feasible.

1.6 Service Termination

You may stop using Omniside at any time. Omniside may also suspend or terminate services, or impose additional restrictions at any time.

1.7 Unauthorized Use Prohibited

Without our prior explicit written authorization, you shall not modify, crack, copy, distribute, conduct vertical searches, mirror, or engage in unauthorized access or use of Omniside in any form.

1.8 Device Requirements

Accessing Omniside requires your own terminal device (e.g., computer, mobile phone). Once you access Omniside on your device, you are deemed to be using it. You may need to connect your device to the internet, with all ensuing costs borne by you (e.g., data charges).

1.9 License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial license to legally use Omniside. All other rights not explicitly granted are reserved by us and require prior written approval for exercise.

1.10 Content Quality

Content generated via AI is derived from information publicly available and filtered for sensitivity; however, some information may be imperfect or problematic. We commit to implementing security measures to filter inappropriate content and appreciate your feedback on unreasonable or defective outputs via Omniside's email.

2.1 Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for your behavior while using Omniside. Without legal authorization or our prior written consent, you shall not perform the following acts:

• Interfering with, disrupting, or modifying Omniside through unauthorized plugins, tools, or systems.
• Engaging in activities harmful to network security, including:
  • Unauthorized access, interference, or data theft;
  • Using or providing tools for hacking or DDoS attacks;
  • Supporting or facilitating malicious activities;
  • Unauthorized data access;
  • Deleting, modifying, or adding data to networks/system resources without permission;
  • Attempting to probe or exploit Omniside's vulnerabilities;
  • Damaging or disrupting operation or spreading malicious software;
  • Forging TCP/IP packets;
  • Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or attempting to uncover source code;
  • Malicious account registration;
  • Developing or offering competing applications, services, or models;
  • Violating laws, regulations, or infringing others' rights.
• Impersonating others or unlawfully accessing Omniside.
• Conducting scams, fraud, misleading or deceptive activities, including impersonation or claiming generated answers as human-made, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or phishing.
• Engaging in any activity that may infringe third parties' privacy or personal information, such as illegal collection or disclosure of personal data.
• Engaging in acts that are deemed illegal or may violate this agreement, with Omniside having the right to take measures without prior notice, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of service, and legal pursuit.
• Spreading illegal, harmful, or infringing content—such as violence, obscenity, gambling, murder, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, or politically sensitive material; conducting or assisting in illegal, high-risk, or malicious activities; spreading rumors, false information, or defamation; or violating social norms, intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights.

2.11 Violation Consequences

Violations of the agreement or laws may result in warnings, suspension, content removal, permanent bans, or reporting to authorities. We reserve the right to seek compensation for damages caused by violations, and to cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.

2.12 Reporting Mechanism

You may report misconduct or illegal activities via designated channels; we will process such reports promptly to maintain a healthy online environment.

4.1 Service Modifications

The features of Omniside are provided as-is based on current technology, and while we strive to ensure service continuity and security, unforeseen risks may occur. We reserve the right, for overall operational or security reasons, to modify, suspend, or terminate services.

4.2 Service Suspension Scenarios

Omniside may suspend or terminate services in scenarios including:

• Technical faults, maintenance, network attacks, or third-party service issues;
• User violations of legal or contractual obligations;
• Regulatory or policy adjustments;
• Other valid reasons to protect users or maintain system stability.

4.3 Service Restoration

We will undertake efforts to repair and restore interrupted services as soon as possible.

5.1 Input & Output Ownership

During use, you may submit texts or content ("input") and receive generated outputs ("output"). The intellectual property rights of your input generally belong to you or the rightful rights holders. We do not claim ownership over outputs unless they include content protected by rights owned by Omniside.

5.2 License Grant to Omniside

For all content you input, generate, publish, or transmit via Omniside, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that content for model and service optimization. This license can be assigned or sublicensed. You warrant that such content is owned or properly authorized and complies with laws and rights.

5.3 Generated Content Rights

Generated content and their underlying technology (texts, images, etc.) are property of us or associated rights holders. Your rights are limited to usage within legal bounds, such as personal study or research. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

5.4 Platform Content Rights

All other rights to Omniside's content (products, tech, scripts, designs, etc.) belong to us or our affiliates; unauthorized use is prohibited.

5.5 Trademark Usage

You shall not use our trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, or other branding elements without prior written consent. Violations shall be your sole responsibility.

6.1 Violation Consequences

Violations of this agreement may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans, without liability on our part. We reserve the right to publish decisions and assess whether to restore account access.

6.2 Third-Party Claims

You are responsible for handling third-party claims arising from your violations, including potential damages or legal penalties.

6.3 Indemnification

You guarantee that all your transmitted or generated content does not infringe third-party rights and shall bear sole responsibility for any infringement or legal disputes. We may remove infringing content upon notification. You agree to indemnify us for damages resulting from your violations.

7.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• Omniside will meet your requirements;
• Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free;
• Outputs will always be accurate or reliable.

7.2 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, wars, strikes, riots, etc.), we will endeavor to restore services as soon as possible but shall bear no liability for such disruptions or damages.

7.3 Content Moderation

Our rights to address illegal content do not imply obligation; timely detection and handling are not assured.

7.4 Use at Your Own Risk

No explicit or implicit warranties are provided. Use at your own risk.

7.5 Legal Compliance

We do not guarantee complete alignment with legal or judicial standards. You assume all risks associated with using Omniside, including reliance on outputs, and any legal repercussions thereof.

7.6 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we or our affiliates be liable for damages including profits, goodwill, data loss, or other damages resulting from use or inability to use Omniside, regardless of notice of potential damages.

8.1 Guardian Supervision Required

We prioritize protecting minors' data. Minors (under 18) should use Omniside only with guardian supervision and approval.

8.2 Personal Information Handling

Minors should handle personal information carefully and under guidance.

8.3 Legal Responsibility

Violations by minors or guardians of laws or this agreement entail full legal responsibility.

8.4 Youth Online Civility

Minors using Omniside must adhere to a national youth online civility pledge and avoid harmful, inappropriate, or infringing content.

8.5 Guardian Duties

Guardians should supervise minors' use and content generation, safeguard accounts, and report suspicious activities.

8.6 Consent Requirements

Content involving minors must be handled with consent, ensuring privacy rights and compliance with relevant laws.

(1) Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, remaining valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

(2) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not available after service usage, with specific conditions for EU, Turkey, and other regions detailed separately. Refund requests must be made within specified periods post-initial purchase, with supporting reasons.

(3) Refund Discretion

We strive to adhere to fair refund policies but may refuse refunds if violations are detected.

(4) Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days if eligible. Prior refunds may restrict subsequent requests.
